Sending the withdrawal notice before the deadline is sufficient to meet it.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>How to give notice.<\/strong> Send your withdrawal notice to <strong>support@zenithxr.pl<\/strong> or in writing to the store address. You may use the form below. This is not mandatory, but it will speed up processing.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Returning the goods.<\/strong> Return the goods promptly and no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the contract. Please return the complete product with all accessories. <strong>The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/strong><\/li>\n        <li><strong>Refund.<\/strong> We will refund all payments received, including the cost of the least expensive delivery method offered, <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Condition of the goods.<\/strong> You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. You are liable for any diminished value if you handle them beyond what is necessary to establish their characteristics and operation.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Exceptions.<\/strong> The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to digital content where downloading began with your consent before the withdrawal period expired, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery. If the equipment is defective or does not match its description, submit a complaint and we will assess it.<\/p>\n      <ol>\n        <li><strong>Liability period.<\/strong> We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that existed at the time of delivery and was disclosed <strong>within 2 years<\/strong> of receipt. A defect disclosed during this period is presumed to have existed from the outset.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>What you can request.<\/strong> Initially, <strong>repair or replacement<\/strong> of the goods. If repair or replacement is impossible, refused or not completed within a reasonable time, you may demand <strong>a price reduction<\/strong>, and if the lack of conformity is material, <strong>withdraw from the contract<\/strong>.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>How to give notice.<\/strong> Email <strong>support@zenithxr.pl<\/strong>. Describe the problem, include photographs or a short recording, and state the remedy you are requesting. We will help diagnose the fault.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Response deadline.<\/strong> We will respond to the complaint <strong>within 14 days<\/strong>. Failure to respond within this period means that the complaint has been accepted.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Costs.<\/strong> The store bears the costs of repair or replacement and shipping associated with an upheld complaint.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section class=\"zxr-sec\" id=\"z4\">\n      <h2>Manufacturer's warranty<\/h2>\n      <p>Our equipment is brand new and is usually covered by a <strong>manufacturer's warranty (normally 24 months)<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated for the product. The warranty is independent of a complaint concerning conformity of the goods with the contract. You may choose whichever route is more convenient. The manufacturer sets the warranty terms. If you are unsure which route to take, contact us and we will advise you.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section class=\"zxr-sec\" id=\"z5\">\n      <h2>Businesses and entrepreneurs<\/h2>\n      <p><strong>A sole trader<\/strong> buying equipment outside their professional activity has consumer rights, including the 14-day return and complaint rights described above.<\/p>\n      <p><strong>Other businesses (B2B)<\/strong>: the statutory warranty for defects is excluded and the 14-day return does not apply. Complaints are based on the manufacturer's warranty. Details are in the <a href=\"\/en\/regulamin\/\">Terms and Conditions<\/a> (\u00a713).
