We are responsible for ensuring that the goods conform to the contract. If the equipment is defective or does not match its description, submit a complaint and we will assess it.
Our equipment is brand new and is usually covered by a manufacturer's warranty (normally 24 months), unless otherwise stated for the product. The warranty is independent of a complaint concerning conformity of the goods with the contract. You may choose whichever route is more convenient. The manufacturer sets the warranty terms. If you are unsure which route to take, contact us and we will advise you.
A sole trader buying equipment outside their professional activity has consumer rights, including the 14-day return and complaint rights described above.
Other businesses (B2B): the statutory warranty for defects is excluded and the 14-day return does not apply. Complaints are based on the manufacturer's warranty. Details are in the Terms and Conditions (§13). For business and tender enquiries, email sales@zenithxr.pl.
Please contact us before returning the goods. We will advise you how to package the equipment and help speed up processing.
If you disagree with our decision, as a consumer you may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods by applying to a Provincial Inspector of the Trade Inspection or a district or municipal consumer ombudsman. Information is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl). Use of these procedures is voluntary for both parties.
