We are a shop specialising in XR equipment: VR and MR headsets, AR glasses, accessories and solutions for schools and businesses. We advise on equipment selection, assemble sets and help you put them into practical use.
Yes. We have run educational VR and MR lessons and workshops attended by around 1,500 students. We draw on this experience in our advice and deployments.
Yes. All devices are brand new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty, normally for 24 months.
Yes, and it is worth knowing this before you buy. Meta Quest requires a Meta account: people aged 13 and over can create one themselves, while an account for children aged 10 to 12 must be created and supervised by a parent or guardian. Apple Vision Pro requires an Apple ID assigned to a region where Apple sells this headset, including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Australia and Japan. An Apple ID set to Poland does not provide access to the App Store on this device. If you are considering buying Vision Pro, contact us first and we will explain what this means for everyday use.
Meta Quest, Pico and Apple Vision Pro work independently and do not require a computer. A phone is useful for initial setup and installing apps. PCVR headsets and AR display glasses are a separate category and need a computer or phone as their video source. We always state this in the product specification.
Manufacturers set the rules. Meta allows independent accounts from age 13 and parent-managed accounts for children aged 10 to 12. This type of equipment is not intended for younger children. Schools usually work with older pupils under teacher supervision and limit the length of each session.
Yes, this is standard in schools and businesses. The setup depends on the model and whether the devices need central management. For institutional sets, we choose a configuration that lets lessons begin without every participant having to create an account. Email sales@zenithxr.pl and we will tailor a solution to the number of stations.
For a single station, usually nothing else. The equipment is ready to use once charged. For group sessions, it is worth adding accessories that reduce setup time: comfort straps and hygiene inserts, additional power supplies and charging cabinets that can charge and store more than a dozen devices at once. We will advise what makes sense for your number of stations.
Call +48 789 130 673 from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00, or email sales@zenithxr.pl. Tell us what the equipment will be used for and by how many people, and we will select the model, accessories and software if needed.
Products marked “Price on request” are available subject to an individual quotation and cannot be purchased directly through the basket. Before accepting the order, we confirm the price, availability and lead time.
The delivery cost appears in your basket and order summary after you enter your full address. It depends on the products, parcel dimensions, country and delivery method. Check the amount calculated for your basket before placing your order. Large equipment may require pallet freight or an individual delivery quote.
Yes. Choose the delivery country in your basket and we will show the available delivery methods and their cost for your location.
In Poland, we use InPost courier delivery. We add extra packaging to higher-value equipment and send it as an insured parcel. We will email you when the parcel has been dispatched and provide a tracking number.
Email support@zenithxr.pl and include photos of the packaging and contents. We will handle the matter, including contact with the carrier. Checking the parcel in the courier's presence is not required and does not restrict your rights, but it makes pursuing a claim easier.
Lead time depends on the model and quantity. We provide it in the quote and confirm it when accepting the order. If the equipment must be ready by a specific date, such as the start of term, contact us in advance.
You can pay by card through WooPayments or by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice. Orders in PLN can also use PayU, including BLIK and instant bank transfers. The methods available for your currency and order are shown at checkout before you place it.
Your connection to the shop is encrypted with HTTPS. Card payments are processed by WooPayments, while BLIK and instant bank transfers in PLN are processed by PayU. Choose one of the methods available at checkout and follow the payment provider’s instructions.
Yes, for every order. For a business or institutional purchase, simply provide your NIP tax identification number and invoicing details.
Yes, for schools and public institutions, normally with payment due within 14 days of the invoice date. State this in your enquiry and provide the invoicing details and purchase order number if your organisation uses one.
On product pages in PLN, the PayU calculator shows available financing offers and their terms. If it appears next to your chosen product, open the offer details. Final instalment availability depends on the order value, the provider’s offer and the lender’s decision. We do not offer leasing. Businesses and institutions can ask about an invoice with deferred payment terms.
Email sales@zenithxr.pl and tell us what the equipment will be used for, how many people will use it and when it is needed. We respond within one working day, although a full quote for extensive sets may take longer to prepare. The quote will include prices, delivery times and the scope of implementation.
That is possible. Email sales@zenithxr.pl and describe the equipment you use and what you expect from the sessions, and we will select suitable apps and licences.
Yes, training can be part of the implementation. We agree the scope when preparing the quote, from setup and basic operation to lesson plans.
Tak. Przygotowujemy wyceny i specyfikacje dla instytucji, a także startujemy w postępowaniach jako wykonawca.
A headset is not always needed for every person. With rotation-based activities, a smaller set can serve the whole class, while simultaneous training requires more devices. We start by looking at the number of participants, session length and how the group will work. Send us your lesson plan.
It depends on the headset model, app licensing and the device management tools. If personal accounts cannot be used, we will include that requirement when selecting the equipment and verify it before preparing the quote.
First, we assess the available space, Wi-Fi network, charging options, number of participants and supervision. The requirements for stationary headset use differ from those for movement-based activities. Before purchase, we help define a simple list of room requirements.
A larger set can include a case, a charging solution, replaceable face interfaces and safe cleaning products. The exact requirements depend on the model and frequency of use, so we quote accessories together with the equipment instead of treating them as an arbitrary add-on.
Yes, but first we need to know the learning objective, the students' ages, the subjects and the equipment already available. We check app compatibility with the headsets and the licensing model. The hardware and educational content should form one working system. Tell us what your school needs.
Selected models and platforms offer device fleet management, but the available features and licence fees vary by manufacturer. Before preparing a quote, we determine whether you need shared settings, app control, kiosk mode or remote updates.
We start with the process to be practised, the working conditions, the number of stations and the software. Health and safety training requires a different set-up from a product presentation or a technical simulation. Send us the training requirements.
We agree the scope in the quote. It may include selecting devices and accessories, configuration, preparing usage rules, training the responsible staff and go-live support. We do not add services that the team does not need.
Once we receive the requirements, we can prepare an equipment sheet, specifications, a quantity breakdown, prices and delivery dates. If the document requires a point-by-point response, send it through formularz kontaktowy. We do not confirm compliance with any requirement that cannot be verified in the manufacturer's documentation.
The terms depend on the device, manufacturer and type of purchase. The quote states the warranty period and process for the selected model. If a fault occurs, we help gather the required information and follow the correct service process.
As a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Request a return at support@zenithxr.pl and we will send instructions and the return address. The buyer pays the direct return cost. We refund the full order amount, including the cost of the least expensive delivery method offered.
Report the fault to support@zenithxr.pl and describe what is happening. We will handle the case from there, including contact with the manufacturer. We respond to complaints within 14 days and cover the cost of repair or replacement.
Email support@zenithxr.pl and we will answer questions about creating an account, pairing controllers and choosing apps.
Phone: +48 789 130 673. Email: support@zenithxr.pl for support, returns and complaints, and sales@zenithxr.pl for quotes and business orders. We work from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00 and respond within one working day.
Tell us exactly what you need. We will advise on equipment selection, prepare a quote for your business or school and answer technical questions.
