KAT Walk C2+ and Virtuix Omni One require the complete setup to be checked: the treadmill, headset, software and selected game. Comparing the platforms alone or finding your headset's name in the specification is not enough.

For KAT, an additional adapter enables connection to selected games running directly on Meta Quest KAT Nexus. This configuration differs from running PC VR games on a computer. Before buying, check the current list of supported titles and whether the adapter is included in the specific offer.

Virtuix offers several Omni One variants. The Core version is intended for use with your own headset, while Omni Connect provides connectivity to PC games. The manufacturer also offers a solution for Meta Quest. • The headset and the game. Note the exact headset model and the titles you want to play. Verify the computer, adapter and application requirements and the available method of motion control.
• Space. Allow not only for the dimensions of the base, but also for space to enter and exit and to move the controllers. The body support does not remove the need to keep clear space around the station.
