VR workshops at Harmonia Jeżyce Primary School: a series of sessions

We returned to Harmonia Jeżyce Private Primary School with headsets several times. Each session covered a different topic and was tailored to the pupils' ages and lesson plan.

Format: a series of sessions for younger and older classes.
Miejsce: a standard classroom, with no computer lab or alterations required.

Jeden ze scenariuszy: historia

One session covered the September Campaign and the beginning of the Second World War in Poland. Through the headsets, pupils saw the realities of the first weeks of the war, while the teacher combined the VR content with their own presentation. We covered other topics during later visits.

How the sessions worked

a short introduction to the topic,
a headset session with a supervisor present for the group,
designated work areas and wireless equipment,
a concluding discussion before the end of the lesson.

We cleaned the headsets between groups. Any pupil who did not want to wear one could follow the session on screen.
