A few practical answers.

Can we send our own specification?

Yes. Describe your requirements in a message to ZenithXR. We will check whether we can select suitable equipment and prepare a quote. We will discuss any differences or points needing clarification before purchase.

Does the quote also cover applications and setup?

We agree the scope individually. Equipment, licences, setup, training and delivery may be separate items. In the education configurator, items without a confirmed price are marked for an individual quote; the displayed total is indicative and non-binding.

Do we need to choose a headset model straight away?

No. Tell us your goal, number of workstations, software and technical requirements. We will use these to narrow down the options. If you already have headsets, include their exact model and existing accessories.
