Apple Vision Pro Dual Knit Band
Better weight distribution in Vision Pro
Dual Knit Band is a two-strap headband for Apple Vision Pro with M2 or M5. The Fit Dial adjusts the upper and rear straps separately. Soft knit provides flexible support, while comfort depends on the band size, strap position and fit of the Light Seal.
Double strap construction
The upper and rear straps support the headset in two places. Position the rear strap low, above your neck, and the upper strap on top of your head. Adjust them so the headset fits snugly against your face without overtightening the band.

Precise adjustment knob
To adjust the rear strap, turn the Fit Dial in its normal position. To adjust the upper strap, pull the dial out before turning it. Turning clockwise tightens the selected strap; turning anticlockwise loosens it. Support the headset frame while adjusting the fit.

Strap position and pressure on the face
If pressure is concentrated on your forehead, try raising the rear strap. If you feel pressure on your cheeks, try lowering it. Adjust both straps in small steps. Replacing the band alone does not guarantee comfort; the Light Seal or its cushion may also need a different fit.

Compatibility with M2 and M5
Apple confirms that Dual Knit Band is compatible with Apple Vision Pro with M2 and M5. This accessory replaces the headband, not the Light Seal. After attaching it, check the connections and adjust both straps for the person wearing the headset.
Band size and fit
Apple makes Dual Knit Band in sizes S, M and L. The size of another headband type may not give the same fit with Dual Knit Band. Before buying, confirm the size of the specific item and check it against your fit.

The Fit Dial adjusts each strap separately: the rear strap in its normal position and the upper strap after pulling the dial out. Turning clockwise tightens the strap; turning anticlockwise loosens it. Adjust gradually while supporting the headset frame.
The two straps let you adjust how the headset is supported, but the result depends on their position, band size and Light Seal fit. Replacing the band is not a guarantee that pressure or discomfort will disappear.
Yes. The mounting system lets you attach the band to the headset quickly and detach it just as easily if you want to replace it with another version.
