RealWear Navigator 500
Work Information and Voice Control
RealWear Navigator 500 is a head-worn computer for instructions, work documentation and remote support. It combines a monocular display with the WearHF interface. The system is Android 13 AOSP; we will confirm applications, software version and workstation compatibility for the offered kit.
WearHF Voice Control
Four digital microphones provide active noise cancellation. Speech recognition works in noise up to 100 dBA, but results depend on the environment, application and how you speak. WearHF uses commands shown on screen; the device also has physical buttons. Check performance in the intended workplace.

Ruggedness and Operating Conditions
The device has an IP66 protection rating, meets MIL-STD-810H and passed a 2 m drop test. This does not establish resistance to every fall or form of damage. We will confirm protection, device condition, permitted operating conditions and warranty in your quote; IP66 is not an immersion rating.

Battery Swap Within Two Minutes
The Li-polymer battery is rated at 2600 mAh / 10 Wh. Hot swap places the device in a low-power mode; replace the battery within two minutes to retain the system state. This does not mean every application continues running throughout the swap. We will confirm a spare battery and the supplied kit in your quote.
Processor, Memory and Connectivity
The device uses a 2.0 GHz Snapdragon 662, 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage, with microSD support up to 512 GB. Wi-Fi uses the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, with Bluetooth 5.1. Connecting to a business system requires a compatible application, network and configuration; connectivity alone does not establish integration.
GNSS Positioning
Navigation includes GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo and dual-frequency L1 + L5 GNSS. Accuracy and time to obtain a position depend on the signal and conditions. There is no fixed accuracy or guarantee of better results at every location.
Camera and Monocular Display
The camera has a 48 MP sensor, PDAF autofocus and an LED light; the camera records video up to 1080p60. Model 500 uses a 0.32-inch WVGA 854 × 480 LCD with a 20° field of view. This is different from model 520’s HD display. We will check the application mode and readability for the intended deployment.
