KIWI Design A3
KIWI Design A3 are on-ear headphones that clip onto PICO headsets. They combine USB-C audio with the ability to charge the headset while using the headphones.
A3 fits PICO 4, PICO 4 Ultra and PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise. It is not compatible with PICO 4 Enterprise without the Ultra designation. Clips attach the headphones to the headset strap, and the adjustment lets you position the ear cups by your ears. A USB-C connector alone does not confirm compatibility with another model.
The pass-through charging port lets you connect power without disconnecting the headphones from the headset. Audio still reaches A3 via USB-C. The manufacturer does not specify a fixed charging power or the runtime of the entire setup in this specification. This port should also not be treated as a confirmed data connection to a computer.
The ear cushions feature high-density memory foam and a PU synthetic leather covering. The housing is made of ABS with non-slip silicone pads. A3 has a net weight of 172 g, and each earpiece measures 116 × 55 × 60 mm. Allow for these dimensions when choosing space for the setup in a carrying case.
Not in a single power and audio setup. The manufacturer rules out this connection between A3 and P5000, even though it offers both accessories for the PICO family.
A3 uses a wired USB-C connection for audio. It does not require Bluetooth pairing; once connected, you adjust the ear cups to sit by your ears.
