Pimax Crystal Light and Pimax Crystal Super are the only headsets compatible with this cable. The cable combines DisplayPort and USB in a single slim design. It requires an external power adapter to operate.
Check the full model name on the device or in its documentation. The Crystal name alone is not enough to select the correct cable.
The 2-in-1 design carries both connections through a single cable. When setting up your play area, account for the length used to route the cable: a 5 m cable does not provide a 5 m radius of unrestricted movement.
The cable alone does not replace the power adapter. Set up the connection according to the instructions for your headset model.
The cable is not compatible with Pimax Crystal, Crystal Sim, 8KX, 8K Plus or 5K SUPER. The manufacturer warns that connecting an incompatible cable may damage the headset.
