Epson Moverio BT-45CS
AR hands-free for field technical support
Epson Moverio BT-45CS are industrial AR glasses designed for fieldwork and remote technical support. The transparent display keeps instructions and digital data in your field of view without obscuring your surroundings, while the durable construction withstands demanding industrial conditions. The included BO-IC400 controller provides full mobility and integration with enterprise software.
Display without obstacle
Glasses use technology Si-OLED Full HD 1920×1080 with a contrast ratio of 500,000:1, producing an image comparable to a screen of approximately 120 inches viewed from 5 metres away. The wide 34° field of view displays instructions and technical data comfortably without blocking the surroundings, while a 60 Hz refresh rate keeps AR apps and video streams fluid. The transparent design lets you view the real working environment and digital content at the same time.

Precise motion tracking
Glasses have 9-axis sensors – a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass and ambient light sensor – enabling precise tracking of your movement. The controller also supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and BDS, extending its positioning capabilities in the field. Compatibility with Android and Moverio SDK lets you integrate the device with professional enterprise software.

Remote assistance from the perspective of the employee
The centrally positioned 8 MP camera with autofocus transmits video from your exact point of view, supporting a “see-what-I-see" approach to remote technical assistance. The built-in speaker and noise-cancelling microphones provide clear communication even in noisy industrial environments, while calls remain completely hands-free with no additional audio equipment.

Construction for difficult conditions
BT-45CS meets the resistance standard MIL-STD-810H covering drops, vibration and shocks, while IP52 certification provides protection against dust, light rain and splashes. The glasses also comply with ANSI Z87.1 for eye protection in the workplace, so you can use them on the factory floor or in the field without worrying about equipment damage.

Efficient controller in pocket
The set includes the Epson BO-IC400 controller powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon XR1 Octa-Core 2.52 GHz processor and running Android 10. It has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, expandable with a microSDXC card up to 2 TB. The 2.95-inch IPS LCD touchscreen makes it easy to control AR apps and industrial systems without removing the glasses.
All day in the field
The 3400 mAh lithium-polymer battery provides up to approximately 4 hours of standard display use, falling to approximately 1.5 hours with intensive camera, Wi-Fi and streaming use. The controller charges via USB-C at 5 V/2 A, and a full charge with the system switched off takes approximately 3 hours.
