bHaptics TactSleeve
In-game vibrations felt on both upper arms
TactSleeve is a pair of wireless bHaptics arm bands. They add tactile cues to your upper arms in compatible games and applications. You can use them with Meta Quest or a computer after checking support for the specific title.
Three points per arm
Each armband has three ERM motors that generate vibrations in response to programmed events. In a compatible game, they can indicate events such as being hit or using an item. The pattern and location of the effects depend on the integration created by the app developer.
TactSleeve does not provide mechanical resistance to the hands or track arm position. It supplements information from visuals, sound and controllers. Intensity can be adjusted in the Player settings to suit the user and the content.

Fit and hygiene
The adjustable hook-and-loop strap lets you fit the band to your upper arm. Each band weighs 185 g. The manufacturer recommends positioning it so that the controller housing does not press against the upper arm bone.
The removable inner lining can be washed according to the instructions; the main device containing the electronics must not be washed. At a shared station, plan for cleaning between users and allow time to readjust the armbands. This is part of organising a demonstration, especially when the device changes users every few minutes.

Meta Quest and PC VR
On Meta Quest 3, 3S and 2, you need bHaptics Player and a game that supports TactSleeve. Pair the armbands via Bluetooth; in some games, you also need to enable bHaptics in the settings.
On Windows PC, setup is handled through bHaptics Player. The game may have native integration or require a separate mod. Check compatibility specifically for TactSleeve: support for the TactSuit vest does not confirm support for the armbands.
Audio-based effects
Audio-to-Haptics generates vibrations from game audio or other content. For TactSleeve, it is a wireless feature of Player on Windows PC. Do not assume it works the same way on Quest without a PC.
Responding to sound is different from an integration that recognises specific in-game events. Choosing a profile lets you start experimenting, but does not guarantee that the location of every hit will be reproduced.
Preparing for a longer session
The stated battery life of up to 10 hours was measured with all haptic points running at maximum intensity for one second every five seconds. Stronger or more frequent effects change the battery life. Charging via USB-C takes approximately 1.5 hours with a 5 V / 1 A power supply.
Before the demonstration, charge both armbands, check pairing and test the effects in your chosen application. The box contains two charging cables; a power adapter is not listed among the included items.
For labs and demonstrations
TactSleeve can be used to demonstrate how vibrations complement a game's interface, or in your own application with device integration. The manufacturer provides developer tools, but purchasing the hardware alone does not create an integration with any program. If your setup is also intended to cover the torso, compare TactSuit Pro and TactSuit Air. For school use, the safety instructions must be taken into account: the equipment is not intended for children under 13, and older minors require supervision.
