bHaptics TactSuit Pro
Haptic vest with 32 vibration points
bHaptics TactSuit Pro is a haptic vest that turns events in a virtual environment into physical vibrations felt across the torso. It is suitable for simulation training, VR centres, commercial projects, research and education, where a repeatable and realistic experience matters. At its core is an array of 32 independent ERM vibration motors across the front and back of the vest, generating directional haptic patterns in real time.
Matrix 32 vibration points
TactSuit Pro uses 32 independent vibration motors ERM type, arranged spatially across the front and back of the vest. Each point operates independently, allowing the system to generate directional haptic patterns and vary signal intensity according to the event. Data is processed in real time, and targeted stimulation of specific areas of the body creates spatial feedback rather than a uniform vibration across the entire vest. This lets you feel exactly what is happening in the scenario, rather than simply sensing that something has happened.

Matching and ventilation
The design uses a textile base with integrated haptic modules and an adjustment system comprising side straps and shoulder fastenings. The adjustment range is 66-127 cm circumference, up to 147 cm with extension, keeping the vest secure on different body shapes. The inner mesh layer provides ventilation and separates the electronic components from the body, while the modular construction allows individual parts to be removed and cleaned. This helps you use the device for longer without compromising comfort.

Developing a modular ecosystem
The vest is part of the modular bHaptics ecosystem, in which individual devices communicate within a shared environment. You can connect and synchronise additional haptic components, such as arm modules, to create a coordinated system that delivers feedback to different areas of the body. Integration is handled by software that assigns effects to specific devices, allowing you to tailor the configuration to the application, from simple training scenarios to more complex simulation environments.

Battery for all day working
TactSuit Pro powers lithium-ion battery with capacity 9800 mAh, which powers all the haptic modules reliably for approximately 13.5 hours, depending on the intensity of use. It charges through USB-C at 5V/2A, with a full charge taking approximately 5 hours. The device is therefore suitable both for an individual session and for a full day at a VR centre or training facility, without frequent charging.

Quick control without software
Physical controls on the vest let you quickly change effect intensity and configure basic settings without opening additional software. A haptic signal-processing system converts input data into precise vibration patterns, maintaining consistent and dynamic sensations. The stimuli remain clearly separated rather than overlapping chaotically, which is particularly important in fast-paced training and simulation scenarios.
