Looking Glass Go White
A spatial image on your desk, with no headset required
Looking Glass Go White is a six-inch light field display in a white enclosure. It shows different perspectives of a scene depending on your viewing position, giving the image depth. You can display prepared spatial photos or connect a computer and work with supported 3D models.
Depth visible from different angles
The display provides up to 100 views of the scene within a 58° viewing cone. You can see the effect without stereoscopic glasses. The vertical 9:16 format suits portraits and small compositions positioned in the centre of the frame.
The panel resolution is 1440 × 2560, with a refresh rate of 60 Hz. This figure describes the entire panel, not each individual view. Content should be prepared specifically for the display: extreme depth and fine details far from the screen plane may lose sharpness.

Photo slideshow or working with a model
Prepared content can be saved to the device's storage and played back without keeping a computer connected. User-accessible storage is 22 GB. The mobile app is used to prepare photos and manage the slideshow.
3D models and real-time applications require a different workflow: a computer, Looking Glass Bridge and a compatible tool. Model Viewer supports formats including GLB, glTF, FBX, OBJ, STL and PLY. Simply transferring an arbitrary file to the display does not launch an interactive scene.

Compact size, continuous power required
The device weighs 257 g and fits on a desk next to a computer. It requires USB-C 5 V / 3 A power. It has no built-in battery; a portable power source is a separate part of the setup.
The photographs show the device's appearance and sample content. A flat photograph does not reproduce the effect seen on the display and does not mean that a physical object floats in front of the screen.

Choosing a workstation and licence
Before deployment, confirm the licensing terms for the specific software and content. The manufacturer's general terms provide for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed. Purchasing the hardware alone does not confirm permission for every public presentation.
A light field display is used to view content on a screen. If you need to enter a virtual scene and interact using controllers, check out Meta Quest 3. This is a different use case and requires a different approach to preparing content.
